I'm a finance professional with a career spanning investment banking, capital markets, corporate finance, and real estate investment management. Educated at Universidad Torcuato Di Tella (Master's in Finance) and UADE (Bachelor's in Business Administration), I built my career at top-tier companies like American Express, Puente, and Itaú before making the leap to Florida's real estate market.

Today, from Nexos Invest in Miami, I specialize in connecting Spanish-speaking investors — primarily from Argentina and Latin America — with private loan opportunities backed by first-lien mortgages. My role combines what I do best: rigorous financial analysis, investment modeling, and building long-term relationships with each investor.

The experience at top-tier financial institutions gave me a unique perspective: I understand both the needs of the sophisticated investor and the mechanics of the US real estate market. Every deal I present goes through a complete due diligence process — appraisals, titles, insurance, and borrower analysis — because I believe transparency and capital protection are non-negotiable.
